Water Prompt

Me as Water

I must admit to feeling a little disappointed in yesterday's prompt of "imagine yourself as water" First of all, I couldn't get past the thought of creepy things living and potentially touching natural bodies of water. Somehow I didn't think imagining myself as a concrete pool overlooking the ocean as being quite the thing to share ... even though it sounds far more appealing. Actually, the more I thought about it, the more it seemed to fit me. I am like the black bottom concrete pool, liking a little more glam than the regular light blue plaster, but I am still happy in my safe existence. An infinity pool with an ocean view completes the mental photo perfectly ... observing the world and all its grandeur from my safe place .... it may sound sad to the adventurers, but it's actually ok for me. I'm content in my world. 

This is more what my life is like ... a never-ending series of waterfalls that disrupt my still ponds ... somedays I just want the madness to stop. I'd probably be bored, but I'd sure like to give it a go.
